Organizational Leadership Transition Plan

 For completion of the Leadership Transition Training and for the purpose of the STARS program, please fill out the following form and submit it to the Program Coordinator for Student Orgs.  As soon as it is completed and approved, you will have completed the “Leadership Transition Training” portion of the STARS program!

(ie. ‘end of spring semester’)

 Please include a description of your org’s plan for leadership transition.  You may list the action steps you take to successfully transition leadership, you may describe what your constitution says about leadership transition, or you can simply explain in paragraph form what your org already does.  Please keep it to one page, but do make sure you are descriptive. Thank you!
