The Student Org Database (also known as Symplicity) is used to electronically keep track of all our registered Student Organizations. This page should give you guidance as to how to navigate and utilize the site. If you are still stuck, we offer workshops that go through this information, so check out the Workshop Calendar for details!

Members – To email the members of your organization, you can either click on Mail then Send Message and follow the instructions or you can export your members to an excel spreadsheet and cut and paste their email addresses into an email. Click on Save as Excel and export the Entire List.
Current Members: To add a member, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Add/Invite a Student”. Make sure that when adding the member, you change the default Status from Invited to either Active or Group Admin. You can type in their TU user ID or their name, then click Save.
